There is a washer and dryer hook-up found at the end of the u-shaped kitchen that accommodates a stackable washer/dryer unit. Each apartment’s living room faces the east and has nice views of the Black Hills. These apartments are 860 square feet. The 4 apartments here each share a common garage wall with their neighbor. The six townhome style apartments found at 425 Bluebell Lane each have 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The galley style kitchen provides easy access to the bedrooms and bathroom. Each kitchen offers a pass thru bar top to dining room area. There is a washer and dryer hook-up for a standard sized washer and dryer found in one bedroom closet. The living rooms all face the west and have a patio door that leads to a patio. These apartments are 750 square feet. All the units share a common wall. Mail is delivered curbside. Utilities are not included with rent. Landover Estates IV have cove heat and are all electric. Black Hills Power supplies the electricity. Each apartment has an air conditioner. They all come with a stove, refrigerator and dishwashers.
